To answer your other question though, I suggest seeing a doctor. Not a therapist immediately, definitely not a psychiatrist, just your physician. The way things usually work out is that you'll go see the doc, and the doc will recommend a psychologist in your area. Now, from what you've said your depression is mostly situational and not so much biological(don't take my word on that though, I'm no professional, nor do I know the full story behind your feelings), a psychologist may be all that you need. If the psychologist deems it necessary, you will then see a psychiatrist. The main difference between the two is that a psychologist can only administer talk-therapy and other social forms of treatment, whereas a psychiatrist is certified to write you a prescription. Now, not to write off your problems as some sort of misbelief on your behalf, but I do suggest asking your doctor to test you for hypoglycemia just to be safe. Many times people mistake what is actually hypoglycemia for depression. I'd say it's a 99% chance that won't be the case, but it never hurts to be safe. Also, ask about a nutritional/dietary treatment for depression. They're out there, and can help a lot more than people will admit. It doesn't necessarily mean giving up the foods you love either, it can be just as satisfying. Now, from the perspective of someone who knows how you feel, I can assure you that depression can be beaten. It may be a long and tedious process, or it could be so simple as a few months of treatment or a pill every morning. Rest assured though that things will get better, and in the mean time don't fool yourself into thinking that things can't be helped, it's a mistake I made over the course of two years, and I deeply regret not having taken action sooner. If you have any questions or just want to talk, feel free to send me a PM. 2

I sereusly think my house is haunted. for instance I was laying on my bed staring at the cealing. because it was like 3 AM, and I couldn't fall asleep, And i heard what sounded like my mother talking to a friend or something inside the room next to me it was loud, and there was laughing going and everything, it sounded exactly like my mom. So I went in to check it out, and noone was there, by this time I remembered my mom had gone on a church trip with my little sister and I was home alone. Maby I was just being paranoid, or maby it was the cat or something. But that wasn't the only time shit like that has happened when I was home alone.
