Gender, age, race, class, relation, etc shouldn't matter at all.
The only thing preventing humanity from advancing towards the future are close-minded people who think like you guys. Those against incest, those who are homophobic, racist, anti-religion, against advancement in society are what keep humanity from becoming greater. Even now, some countries arrest couples that are related by blood. People need to be more open minded.
The only problem with incest would be the genes, if two siblings ever have children, the child has a high chance of having disabilites which is a problem...

That is why it's sick. Literally. Imagine - they have children. Their children have children, and so-on. The genes that remained recessive will start to become dominant. Diseases and conditions can be a problem in the future.
But also, thinking about it from a "moral" point-of-view, loving a sibling should, generally, not even come to mind. In the end, if incestuous breeding is let loose and rampant (considering it might), humanity won't survive long enough
to advance.
Homosexuality, racism, and anti-religion holds no place in the argument, and tolerance of inner-family love and, or love making can't be forced onto everybody. I'm only open-minded to a point - I can accept homosexuality, and would rather beat someone's face in for being ignorant about all other races, but I'm not going to lie and say I could look past incest. In my eyes, that's just wrong.
