Just want to know if stand-by for long periods of time is bad for it. Never used to, but now I keep the controller beside my bed. I just hit the button and pow. Start-up. No getting up. Who uses stand-by? Who turns their PS3 completely off?

Meh, I just flip the switch in the back.

Well, I use it often since it has a player in it, and come back to play Oblivon and Folks Soul's demo.
