Ok i just bought a 3 month Xbox live card...and i have an Original Xbox...(i know i suck) But i turned on my console...Had my Ethernet plugged in. And went on "Xbox Live" so i made a new account, and by the time i put in the subscription code. I put in the numbers...(Did this about 20 times) and a error came up saying "We are have technical Difficulties, Please try again later." (AND I DID THIS YESTERDAY! and tried again today)....

So yea im pissed off right now...and i wanna get my xbox live working...
And no i cant return it cause i already scratched the damn thing..

This is hella gay PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Um. Maybe they're really having technical difficulties with registration? Ever thought of that?

Excuse me?

If you're Xbox is connected via ethernet to a router, or a PC with a second NIC, then try opening ports or disabling firewalls. If you're connecting via a cable USB modem, then take the cable out that would usually connect it to your PC and reboot the modem.
