Village is simple.
Let the amount of Los Ganados fill up the village, then get to the nearby rooftop of the building to the center left. (The actual house) Knock down any ladders, and spitfire on them. Of course you only get bonus/extra points for variety in killing so, you might want to keep one ladder up, and get some melee or stab shots in. Which level is water world? I haven't played RE4 in awhile. By now you should know this but, aim for the heads. You could also get them on their knees by shooting them in their legs. When they are on their legs, go up to them and the action button will flash. Kick the shit outta them. Last edited by Jakuza; 07-15-2007 at 01:32 PM. |

The head does more damage than the body and has a chance to blow the head off, but aiming at the neck has a higher chance of blowing the head off. Although, once you start to fight the Las Plagas, it's not an especially great idea to start blowing their heads off...damn one hit kills.
![]() My suggestion for the Village though is that in the beginning you should let the Ganados start to accumulate (and kill them when they're in your way) and run around to grab a couple of things first. Like some of the herbs and such that you may need later. And then go into the shed near the entrance too the village and there should be a ladder you can climb with a Time Bonus either on the bottom or top (forgot). From the top of the shed, you can knock the ladder down and kill the countless Ganados entering the shed. By this time, you should have enough ammo, but in case you ran out jump down and grab some. Don't worry, it's easy enough to avoid the Ganados, but just make sure that the Chainsaw Ladies are dead by that time. Either that or do what my friend does. Run around gathering all the Time Bonuses you can while mowing down all the Ganados with Krauser's sword arm. ![]() EDIT: I dunno if it's me, but I found myself using the Handgun throughout most of this game...I only used the Shotgun when I ran low on ammo and the Rifle when I needed to snipe.

For village run around get all the time bonuses and herbs, let the ganados appear run into the stable thing run up the ladder wait for the ganados to appear in there if they start climbing the ladder knock it down then shoot the barrels on the ground floor and KABOOM! probably a few alive so jump down and knife them.. thats what i do anyway lol :P
Btw you can tell if one of them is a parasite by looking at their eyes.. if it has yellow eyes its got a parasite if not then their normal.. parasites can be kill easily with 2 shotgun shells.. shoot their head once to make the parasite pop out and then turn and run back a bit and then turn and shoot the parasite and its dead

For Water World it's pretty simple: Keep moving, and never, I mean never go on the tower.
If you stop, you'll be outnumbered before long. And if you go on the tower, it's much easier for the Doctor to chop your head off. Another thing is to always barracade yourself on a roof (preferably a side with no ladders) if you need ammo or have low health. |
