F.U. NZROCK! (yes, captials were on purpose). Anyways, you shouldn't blame him for his english, you started like that too... when you were probably 6. Anyways, I think he means CN, not CA (CA could mean lots of things like maybe a state in the US? Canada? etc).
And if you don't know what CN means, it means China/Chinese depending on how to you use it I guess.
