So.. maplestory europe is not in beta anymore? Do they block all ips outside of europe?

I think they block non-Europe IP's, not really sure. You could probably ask someone like StickFinger.

Israeli can play too. And well, it's open beta with Cash shop I guess. They havent announced to be out of beta yet.
