also one of my friend, i think got affected by a dream or something.. she starts seeing thigns other dont.. what do u call that? we went to visit her, their parents jus kept on putting wet towel on herhead..

According to the site it happens when you don't get enough sleep. I'm gonna try and see if I can force the feeling ;O It actually sounds pretty cool and it's been a while since I was actually scared.

After lookin to what it is,i believe when you experience hypnogogia you hear these wierd rippling sounds like something is cracking at a very high pitch sound,then it feels like your getting sucked into the bed...at that point i give in because i know its going to be a dream... then again id wake up and i cant move for a good while thats what i am afraid of because even tho im awake all i can move is my head(which sometimes breaks it) and i would try so hard to get my body in control,but its happened to me alot i just havent known what it is,even my parents have experienced it...

tat explains it all.. i used to beast in counter strike.. when id sleep.. itd happen, also the stress from school didnt help.
