Lol both sucks imo, but Rose was WAY better...sad it's that much of grinding games...but SoF was really gay...no offense to whoever play it, but Rose is p2p and it's now that great of a game...

SoF:
+ I love the anime-china world!!
+ Attacks look cool
- >>GRINDING<<
- armor sucks, each 5 lvl's you'll get a new set.. and that's it :S (everyone that you are questing with looks the same!)

R.O. =
+ Huge world and even more planets to go to!
+ Jobs are nice
+ different weapons, items
- Jobs need a boring job-quest at lv 10..
- Dunno for sure, but its p2p right? (enough reason for me to don't play it anymore..)

SoF is so bot infested. Rose Online was good, but its pretty dead right now.

i know this is an old thread , and since it was just only a few days back when i last played scions of fate , i would like to say the servers are very much empty now , i don't even see any botters these days , the town has about 70+ people(including shops) , the downside is u can't attack any moving monsters , they got to be still so u your attack will hit them else u will just be stunned when u attempt to do a hit(melee or range).

anyway rose pawns sof so hard , better graphics and definately better gameplay , sadly back then in year 2005 i only had nvidia 440 graphics card so i couldnt really play as smooth as i wanted it to be , its p2p now though.

Monsters are dumb in both games (AI) but ROSE online seems to be better.
