Well, I downloaded Urban Terror today, and after playing it for 5 minutes, I found it to be the worst game I have ever played. Even CS is better than Urban Terror. TC:Elite, I have played before, and offered great gameplay. TC:E wins no matter what..

Okay i played tce . It wins hands down. urban terror is good when you need a quick fix assualt game. just pop in pull off a few headshots, pop out. then go eat dinner or something.

Definitely TC:Elite is the better of the two "tactical" shooters. Urban Terror looks like it has little to no tactics (and did I see a guy jump 10 feet into the air or something??). Plus it isn't at all realistic if you look at the basics, without going into the gameplay. The concept of TC:E is an actual, real situation and scenario, on the other hand, Urban Terror, as you mentioned before, is like quake which is a fictional scenario. There is no point in Urban Terror then to kill, but most free FPS have no point, except the good ones (TC:E being one of the better ones). This was a totally biased post btw, being a TC:E and Wolfenstein player and hater to those crappy free standalone fps (not all, but most). And Urban Terror graphics suck; and if I am not going to get any point in playing a FPS, you'd better give me some great looking graphics to look at while I'm blowing some heads off.

LOL dude I only said that because not many players play TC: Elite. TC: Elite does have great tactical gameplay. Also TC: Elite servers take forever to load which is another flaw. I liked Urban Terror, well more players LOL. If more people would've played TC: Elite I would too. If people want to "bring back" the TC: Elite community since there are not many people playing I'd be glad to help Also TC: Elite does have better gameplay which I liked alot. Just the community is a little small and not many people play it. TC: Elite does require more skill the UT. Urban Terror is more for people who like games like CS(counter strike) or Quake. Which I don't mind, I am playing Urban Terror instead of TC: Elite because there are more people playing Urban Terror then TC: Elite.

If you really like playing TC go play it. It does not matter if there are not alot of people playing it. As long as there are enough people to make a game it's not that bad.
