Hm.. this is interesting.. if there is a solution to your answer i would download Ubuntu =p. Linux is suppose to do everything Microsoft Xp Pro can do if not more. It shuld be able to play all games Windows can play. It should be basically do everything Windows can do except that more virus will not affect the Linux system..

(That's what i heard)

When you installed Ubuntu, were all your files still on your PC?? If not just redownload maplestory or give us more detail why it doesn't work.

If you've never used Ubuntu or Linux before, you are going to have troubles.

The best idea would be to post in Ubuntu forums, etc, to find out how.

Also, most games ARE playable in Ubuntu, you just need to know how.

Yeah, in my opinion Ubuntu sucks. Had to mess with the files to even load the screen because I have a ATI video card. Also it lagged like no tomorrow on me when I never get lag in Windows XP and the windows emulators couldn't emulate crap for me.

My opinion is you should reformat back to Windows XP.

Then why did you attempt you use Linux in the first place?

You expected it to be a walk in the park, that's your first error.

Limewire should be in the repositories, or atleast Frostwire will be. You do know what the repositories are, don't you?
