well herhes the problem like in my dads comp when i insert a cd for copying and stuff like when it fails i open the tray and the cd is gone where did it go

You should either

A. Burn the computer after dousing it with holy water.
B. Check if you didn't take it out while you were braindead.

lol this wasnt the onli time it happend happend liek 4 6 times i put the cd and burn and when i come back it says process failed and i restart the comp since the tray wont open and when i do i restart it and open and BAM its not there

Ohhhhhh......your dad must have that brand new super duper cool and advanced computer that automatically tosses the CD into the nearest trash can when it fails.....cool computer your dad has there....
