I want to introduce the game
IceWars to the international crowd. Although it's just another SciFi-Buildup-fleet-raid-n-destroy-Game there are several things that might give you the shot to just try it.
The Game will be launched on saturday for the international masses. Since now it has grown with over 5,000 german players filling the universe with life and a well formed comunity who gives every newbie a warm welcome (which you might not find in every other game).
Such as Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy or Icepirates this game sure has a raw basis waving in a war driven universe, but everytime you have something to laugh about. if it is the funny descriptions of the buildings, the just hillarious Techtree (which sometimes just doesn't make any sense at all) or one of the newspapers published by an alliance (filled with news and objective propaganda of course).
Even if you don't have the time to watch the game for several hours a day you still can move forward and play it your own way without beeing just a farm.
The Game is still unfinished and the developer always has an open ear for ideas to put in the game - still it is full playable until the actual techtree is out for over 500 players (which actually lasts for 6-10 months by now).
