What is the max level for first job? What lvl to change job? Can I use the skill points for first job on second job?

all characters max level is either 400 or 999.
You can still learn your own skills from 1rst job. Main lv50 Job lv40

I meant what is max job lvl because your TM goes 1 1 after u change job right?

Nothing resets as you change jobs, everything stays as it is, the only difference is your appearance, and you can now learn new skills.
