skill empowerment
I would really like to spend skill points on empowering skills but since we get ranks of skill (fireball lvl 1 fireball lvl 2 ect) if we empower say rank 2 will it affect rank 3 if not then ideally would be best to just save all skill points till you reach the max rank of a skill any1 experiment with this feature yet Id really like to reduce the cool down time of my skills but not if I am going to buy a new rank and be back to same 15 seconds cool down.
