I did like this one cel-shaded game for Dreamcast. You were a rollerblader and you went around on your rollerblades doing graffiti... I'd probably find it boring and repetitive now, being older.

on PC? I don't know... but I can tell you whats the best in general.

Valkyrie of The Battlefield. An exclusive Strategy RPG for the PS3.

According to SEGA, Sony, and everyone at the Playstation event thats in-game and more will be shown at TGS(DUH).

The sketch lines are fugly. It would seriously look better without it.

Personally, I still think Wind Waker owns everything when it comes to sheer art and gameplay. :O

Not really, the point is to look like something hand drawn and like a watercolor painting. For something like this to come as early as it did is impressive.

Oh and about wind waker, no. Wind Waker was an amazing game no doubt but Okami wipes the floor with it on a technical scare alone. Gameplay is a little harder but I give the nod to Okami because it was something insanely new.
