Wow. This is stupid beyond belief. What's the difference between consoles and computers. My PS3 is a ****in computer. Yeah your computer can upgrade giving it the versatility function. My PS3 is standard across a few million home giving it the uniformity. This is not a question you guys should be asking yourself because the differences in both are so small and games should not matter because the fact is that the developers that choose PCs over consoles favor versatility over uniformity. Developers for consoles prefer uniformity. So you ask yourself what benefits do you get from that? Little to none. There may be a certain game or something but it can easily be replaced.

There's a reason people don't fight over computers and consoles. They're two different medias.

Pretty much every household has a computer. It doesn't get more uniform then that.
