I am looking for a F2P game with the following features.

NOT POINT-CLICK MOVEMENT<------- VERY IMPORTANT
Decent pvp
Doesn't require me to live on the game to get anything done.
NOt rakion
Not GunZ
Not Infinity online which is down anyway
no gunbound

Those six things.... if you know of something please let me know >_<. I've played rakion for over a year off and on so a refreshing change would be nice.
Currently im playing RYL2 but the leveling is going to slay me along with the fact that although I can pvp at 60 owning people is hard because they are demi-Gods with lots of money on equipment.

Lunia <- Action MMORPG and very little grind
Guild Wars <- B2P but one of the best PvP games and no grind
Rumble Fighter <- similar to Rakion

hmm I saw a youtube video and it looked like it wasn't action based per say... do you physically block/aim with your weapon? Or is it kinda like a diablo 2 whre you activate skills and thats about it.

Guild wars combat killed me because you auto followed your target by clicking their name and basically hit 1~8 keys.... very dry and boring to me... the entire world being instanced too kinda killed it and pvp even seemed a little boring.

Sounds like we have similar taste and I play RF these days so if you haven't tried it yet you should give it a whirl.

The worst part about RF though is the grind before you get whatever combat style (scroll) you want to use. Although now you can spend like ~$5 and get boxing or jeet kun do from the cash shop right off the bat if you like the look of them.

Once you have a scroll that isn't basic/renegade/street though its 100% skill and really shines as a surprisingly deep skill-based pvp game. They really do need some more map/gametype variety but ogplanet seems like a much more solid company then gamengame and softnyx.

... well right now I am satisfied with gunz quest mode, lunia probably isn't as skill based as rakion etc because its still skill activation so oh well, thanks for the help all.
