Your heigh compared to weight BMI thingy would be a good indication of whether you are healthy or not.
Go search for some BMI calculator or something. 120 isn't very light.

Gaining muscle is an effective way to gain weight. Just eat and build muscle working out. That's how I gain all my weight because during my freshman year I weighed around 120.. Now I'm into my junior year and weigh around 140 without changing anything except running and circuit training.

Tapeworm symptoms:
Eggs or worm segments in your poop Nausia Diarrhea Abdominal pain Weight loss Loss of appetite Weakness or, if you have it really bad, vitamin deficiencies, fever/seizures and some tissue/organ damage. From what I remember tapeworms lay their eggs in your bloodstream or something like that, and they get distributed throughout the organs in your torso, usually the liver or something. They can, however, get into your spine or heart. Then you get cysts, but most of the time nobody even knows they're there until an autopsy is done. If I remember right tapeworms don't hatch until the host dies....The idea is that when an infected animal dies and is eaten, the other worms are eaten and then that animal is infected and so on. I doubt you have a tapeworm. You're most likely going through a growth spurt and therefore everything you eat is fueling your body and you're burning through everything. If you were losing weight I'd be concerned, but my guess is that in the near future (I'd say in a year or maybe even starting this year, no idea really) you'll be much bigger and heavier when you gain muscle mass etc. from puberty (you are at that age).
