No exercise.
Only meats. Drink butter. Have a butter-on-a-Stick. No vegetables. ONLY EAT AND DRINK. Move minimally. Go to a buffet everyday. Basically, I'm saying the same thing. If you don't want to eat buttery foods or meats, just eat A LOT of salad. Go pig out at somewhere like Souplantation or Sweet Tomatoes. Edit: Trust me, you do not want to be fat. I am 15 years old and I weigh about 250 pounds. I have no tapeworm. But anyways, being fat is very uncomfortable. This is from my experiences right now. But then again, I'm about 6 foot 4 inches tall, so I have a pretty good fat distribution of my body. But I'm still pretty weak in arm strength, even if I am really big and tall.

Eat twice as much as you are eating now, constantly, forever.
Don't just eat a bit more for a day then think your gonna get fat, you gotta increase the amount you eat for good. But eat healthily or you will die a horrid death. Remember to exercise lots too, or you will just get all wobbly and ugly. So snack as much as you can between meals and lift some weights. That is all you can do, anything else other than eating more is a lie. Or you really do have wormys.. |
