I just noticed it. What are u talking about that the second server has ip blocks, all my friend should be blocked then but they all can play.

I don't meant as IP Block, but When you play second server. After you pick the channel, An popup with pop out, and when you click it , it'll disconnect you. If you don't click it, you can just keep playing.
