the mmo i would make would be futuristic(possibly based on Shadowrun not the crappy FPS but the pen and paper)where if you want to do something go for it,you can rob stores you can kill shop npcs but prepared to face a heavily armed police force,class system similer to EQ,diffrent races excel at diffrent classes,did i mention assloads of races?(24 plus sub races) the world would be the playing feild,with trans-continental transportation(planes and boats) you can go anywhere at any time and do pretty much what you want.but the leveling system would be similer to that of vampire the masquerade(EXP doesn't level you but is used to advance skills and stats)
