So what does the cash shop sell? does anyone know?
if someone know, can u be more specific on the items and stats? and is there any special item u can purchase? like item such as buying xtra skill points for ur char?

If you have played other free MMOPRGs that provide cash shop, you should pretty much already know what there is to offer - different clothes, perhaps exp bonus cards, change of hair, cover up for your weapon, stone of restoration (brings back a destroyed item). Every game is slightly different, so I can't say too much.
