I'm not quite sure why you are comparing it with Trickster but there are 3 classes that can turn into 4 others classes for a limited time and beable to transform back to turn into another class. That's called a specialist.

Sorcerer can turn into Red Magician and Priest.
Archer can turn into Ranger and Assasin.
Swordsman can turn to Warrior and Blade (Samurai)
The other 2 are just for fun which are the Chicken and Pajama specialists. So far, we haven't beable to get blade, assasin, priest and the chicken. Chicken specialist is a pain to get. (Everyone gets owned by the boss and there are about 10 people)

Also, the graphics aren't 3D, it's just shading. Really, most monsters and all players are 2D like RO. Well the environment is 3D I guess. Though, 3D isn't exactly a good thing or a bad thing =P
