There is no official word one way or the other.

However, considering that the US licensee is playing dead fish apparently since the US beta ended, I wouldn't expect anything from them anytime soon.

Whether or not Gamemasters (the guys running the European version) are trying to cook something up is everyone's own guess. If you try hard enough then you can read some comments on the forums in a way that suggests they are trying, but... if you try hard enough then you can also read that they are negotating with Martians about bringing Cabal to Andromeda.
