No, theres a Level Gap limit on parties. You dont get bonus exp.

But you can kinda still plevel someone with the Normal exp... tho I was trying to plvl my friend and he didnt get any exp, lol.

the gap its 30 lvls from the party leader, in other words if u are lvl 40 u can be trained by any char lvl 70 or less, and u can also train chars whith lvl 10+
