If i could Find out why i keep getting Error 13

If anyone can assist me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

For about three days I have been constantly looking all over the internet on exactly how to bypass the IP block that the Korean Nexon site had put up in hopes to play Mabinogi Heroes.

Here are my problems.

VPN just simply does not work for some reason. I can connect to the internet fine, but I think it's because the two addresses (public.softether.com & vpn.mobilefree.jp) are giving me Japanese IP addresses.

I've been trying to use proxifier but all the socks5 proxies that I've been using do not work at all with it or require authentication.

If anyone knows a way to get around it please do tell. Please and thank you.

A VPN is connection that you pay for, of your getting them off some site for free then there not gonna work, ie its not a VPN. Finding proxies suck but if you know were to look its easy, no I won't tell you were I get mine, then everyone would be using them, and they would get banned on the list. Just keep searching it's not hard or anything.

...so he's using the packetix free vpn..
of course it wont work =.=;
