Hi... i have a problem....

1st my IGN is: Dejiko-Charat

I dont have my white angel hat, i have my white angel since of the post of the announce of promotion. the day of the rewards seen the "MyShop Inventory and i dont have the hat".
Now i try see the "MyShop inventori" in both servers and nothing.
i report this problem in 1:1 suppor (Since 2 weeks) and i still dont have answer.

look this screenshot. ist me. very before of the announce of the promotion.
(The announce says DONT NEED REPURCHASE IT, including i have 2 white angels.)

This is my proof: (My actual lvl is 139, see the lvl and the date.)

pls i need a answer....
