Suggestion
Why don't they try Implementing New Hairstyle, Face, Skin Color, etc?
It's not that hard, is it? To increase more People from liking this game. Also why not add new Classes^^?

Well they added a new potion system and new things that are very different lately. If you think what you said is a good idea, just send an e-mail to the GMs.

Adding a class is no simple task, it's a very large amount of work. Thinking about all the charecter design, programming and balancing involved alone is a lot.
Dont count on new things like hairstyles either, it just wont happen. Personally it doesn't bother me though; you're too busy playing to care how pretty your hair looks.
