Most if not all of onrpg would of seen Blood on Binary posts from time to time and in the effort of keeping this extremely short and sweet for mass consumption I am leaving out the posting template I normally put up. If mods do not like this, please tell me and I will re-post it.
I am essentially looking for new staff on a paid-for-work basis which will make you a freelancer with no entitlement to the future profits we make or any bonuses given to staff, in this role your work will become property of Blood on Binary (company name registering in the next week). The alternative is to join the team in which you will be part of a profit shared system when we do take payments in and you will remain the owner of your work although agreements will need to be discussed should you wish to leave so that neither party suffers negativity. The following roles I am looking for are : 3D Modellers/Animaters/Riggers Graphical Artists/Concept Artists Coders (pref. Visual Basic to work on the AutoUpdater or Torque Script/C++ to work with the codebase of our Games) Forum Staff, only those with experience in running a forum need apply based on phpbb (IPB and VB in my opinion have too many holes from there customisation abilities) Contact me directly at taconline@msn.com, do not expect to gain a paying position if you have neither : Samples HIGH quality work experience 16+ years of age Payment will be on a per work basis and not fixed ![]()

Programming is split into two areas, either on the Games if you know C++ or TorqueScript. The other area is on the AutoUpdater which I would like to be done in Visual Basic.
The Games themselves already have a lot of features in such as Character Selection, Combat, Shops and such but needs expanding and within the role here you will be debugging, implementing changes and codeblocks. The AutoUpdater will be a versioning system which should be able to keep any client version up-to-date with the currently run one via directory downloading from a fileserver to the client or if you think of an alternative solution then your way. We just took on a programmer for the Gaming side of things but we are still welcome to all offers.
