i have several [+1] precious pendants and from the looks of the stat increases at first i thought they worked in the same way as the gems you can get but the dont work!!! can anybody help me and tell me how these are used???

You use them on Hero Tavern items, such as Corean Robes or the new Hero Tavern Armors. People also use them on animal tubes: the animal heads that people run around with.
