I don't care about post counts, and recently I've been thinking that it's causing more trouble than good and should be removed from topic view(but left in profile view, that way you still have it, but it's unobtrusive)
At the old forums I have somewhere around 6.5k posts. Add my current to that I think I top anyone here

Though I've really slowed down... not the same community as it was back then(ROONIE!!!!!! WE MISS YOU!!!!!)

Mostly, I don't like making simple one line posts. I often write them out, and then decide that it's pointless, doesn't add to the conversation, other than to simply draw attention to me.

Murxidon has more rep than me.

I wish the mods would hand it out more, or assign people (i.e. me) to hand it out more often. I see so many awesome posts ignored by mods, while others that don't really deserve it getting it.

I was thinking of a system like slashdot has. If you receive rep, then you can give rep to other people. If you decide to give the rep to other people, it disappears after a few weeks. That would be cool.

Or maybe a simple thumbs up and thumbs down system, and it records how many ups and downs you have gotten. Only people who have been on forum for more than, say, six months will be able to give ups and downs, though.

Well, post count is a good thing, as it shows how active you're around.
It can either be because you like posting or spamming ( like power_gamer_6 said). I don't really look at it much anymore though..

Boom, yeh, I respect you.. Hmm.. and if you did have low post count, and I never seen you aroudn he forums before I wouldn't as much. You are a spam monkey, but you don't fail at it, or get thrown out for it like Athlas.

I really hate people who one liner the most, or repeative spam, or say something with a one line with was incorrect aswell.

But yah, that Karma system would work with the Thumbs up and down, and you have to have been with the forum for 6months, a year would work too.

(Sorry for spelling, if I missed out letters, its because I'm using a very bad keyboard, and I hate backspacing though I read every error I type).

PS:
How come I haven't lost all my warnings? I got them on the same day, but yet I've only lost the warning level and 1 of my warnings. Is there some error? When will it be-ridden?
