It only does that because you havnt installe teh east asian lang pack.
Google it, voila.
Game "fixed"
If its installed or you have vista, your finje and shouldbe able to go to server select.

I know i need to install it but when i tried i chouldnt make it the only way is to get a windows disc and i dont have one T_Tand i cant burn one
can anyone upload a full working language pack for this?

I don't think you need the pack. I installed windows without the languages packs and the game works fine for me. You might not have the newest client like snailgamer said.
