Just from looking at the results, you can tell it's deeply flawed.

Everyone's results should end in an even number (2, 4, 6, etc) and why the **** is it going into tens of decimals

There's 25 questions, the score is out of 100%

so what's 100 divided by 25? 4... That's right. So every question you get right, adds 4% onto the score.

So where the **** did scores like 98.4% and 15.6% come from

And I've looked through the website's scripts, the time couner plays no factor.

No, you cannot.
Since the results aren't evenly spread it means that getting one right answer is NOT giving you half the percentage of two right answers.
