If you are getting to this screen;

And you dont know whats wrong !check your FIREWALL I had the exact same problem and i have Norton and AVG so i went on Norton Traffic, and looked at what was going on... and found that this was happening;

You have to disable any firewall, or just 'Trust' the IP address
