This thread was made to get people to ignore spammers, and by that I mean by not responding to their posts or threads. I'm just saying to pretend their posts don't exist. Whether I made this thread or not, spammers would still get some sort of attention. I just think this was better than just keeping it the same way as before where a thread would turn to crap after 3 pages because some spammer would come by and post some way offtopic crap then someone else quotes them and spams some more until every single post after ends up offtopic.
