Update Problem

Can anyone here help me please? When I try to update SP it stays on File Version Checking or something like that and the news is on the 29th of March which is out dated....

I waited for a while and nothing happened. Although if I turned my personal firewall off it starts actually updating but the program is a exception and I don't want to turn my firewall of for a long period of time.
