Are there any Blue Mages? - Free MMORPG Requests

Is there a game that has a sort of "Blue-Mage" type class? That is, one that can steal or copy powers from monsters? The closest thing I found was the rogue in SRO, but it wasn't quite what I wanted.

Also, please no Korean MMORPGS. Nothing wrong with 'em, I'm just burnt out on 'em.

Except it Warcraft 3, but its a "RTS game"

blue mage was unique to the final fantasy universe sadly.

The third FFXI expansion added blue mage.

FFXI has blue mages, however, you'll need to have the third expansion and have complete a quest at level 30 for it.
