In six years the gaming industry will be completely different then it is now. I think everything will be online and there will be no need for discs of any kind.

Doubt it, Blu-Ray will run the industry for awhile.

Noo I mean games will be mostly downloaded.. Acctually scratch that idea. Blue-ray is so vital for those huge screen TV's. I'm about to buy that 42 Sony screen. Samsung and Mit. are also good.

An interesting thing to mention tho you noticed the potential damage this would cause still a nice "what if" to think about and how much damage it could do to Blu-ray and retail gaming stores.

Well most games are being downloadedable nowadays.. it's not that far off of a theory.
