What I need...

I really really REALLY need a game that's not going to get old fast... that'll keep me interested for a long time... and that I'm not gonna wanna stop playing. It can be any type of game (just not a P2P MMO)... and it can be a retail only game.. (one that you have to buy at a store)... Please please PLEASE help me out! I need a REALLY addicting game! Oh, and I don't want it to be one that I'll finish really fast!!

And I want more than one opinion on this... cause I need more than one game ;-)

um all that i can think of that completely free right now is anarchy online and silkroad online look them up.

Like I said, they don't need to be free... let's just say I have... unlimited resources. Except I'm way too lazy to pay for a P2P MMO... I'd actually prefer if it were a single player game...

never winter nights was cool so was kotor and if u can find it check out vampire the masquerade bloodlines

its an amazing looking game built with the source engine (the engine that powers half-life 2!) and its story and atmosphere were like nothing ive ever seen or am likely to see ever again. should run ya 20$

uve never heard of nwn:eek: i mean it only sold 6 million copies. also vampire is really worth it if ur like me itll always have a place in my heart lol

Of COURSE I've heard of NWN... just never tried it out, that's all...
And that Vampire Masquerade game looked real interesting... I had it all ready to play and everything, but my dad walked into my room while my girlfriend was over, and I just wanted to get him out, so I stopped everything (it was using up bandwith cause I torrented it..), and I accidentally deleted it all, and now I can't find it again... :P Oh well. I'll find a way.

hehe u pirate lol. make sure its the sequel the first game is a little old its like nvn also prepare for a few good scares in bloodlines ive played alot of games but that game takes the cake when it comes to scaring me lol

P.s. dont let the beggining video throw u off that is one of the worst intros eva

and u cant skip it

but thats the only problem if u get those official and unofficial patches. REMEMBER TO PATCH IT BEFORE U PLAY!

I asked around.. and apparently NWN is only good for online play.. and since I get my games in a slightly less than legal way... online play is out.

And I've also heard that VtM is really short... that could be a problem .. :-P

For me, the best single-player rpg's are Baldur's Gate 2 and the two later Elder Scrolls games(Morrowind and Oblivion).
