looking for a games with runescape lvl system

when i used to play runescape about 5 years ago, i got addicted to the lvling system on the game. I think runescape's lvling system is what draws so many players to the game.

For example: why you would mine you could raise your mining skill the more you do it. When you level you are able to mine more valuable materials.

So does anyone know of any games with this leveling system?

ultima online but its sytem is much betetr then runescapes and more depth. use uogateway.com for servers lots people play it.

WOW= minning,hunting,questing,crafting,jewelcrafting,pv p,enchanting , ALOT MORE and free if you know what i mean www.xtremetop100.com

runescape = a bit less than wow and ugly but not ugly i mean UGLY GRAPHICS LIKE SOME BUBBLEGUM **** ...
yes i also played runescape for 2weeks then i was so bored and not bored of my unluckyness but of runescape graphics

i played wow it was really fun, but you could only lvl up your professions, but i have to agree that wow is a lot of fun.

also i never heard of rf online before, but i did watch some videos. It looks pretty fun. Is the game free though?
