Ok heres the deal i d/led the installer and i installed it and all that stuff, but when i click Play game in the hero launcher, the Hero icon pops up for a mere second, and followed by the Xtrap and they both disappear. So i went on the hero forum, and did everything they said; reinstalling it, and turning off firewall and stuff but the same problem exists. Its been a month since i sent the 1:1 inquiry and still no reply. Does anyone have a fix to this problem? I would really appreicate it, if i could play thx
