Conquer Online has a training ground, you must stay logged in though.
The XP you gain is way slower then what you get when you grind but its still a good amount of XP gained for doing nothing. As you gain more levels you changed from pole to pole for your level, it gets slower and slower but thats just normal. You can go into training grounds when you reach level 20, doesn't take that long if you find someone to plvl you to 20 real quick.

Only crappy part about the game is the company is extremely greedy.
Ask any veterans of the game and you'll see, they'll say the same thing...

Anyways, theres also WoW like everyone mentioned but its P2P, if you don't mind paying, WoW is a great game, its worth it.

"With you'r destiny" has a autofight \ pot \ skill system
i got to lvl 100 or something without even touching the mouse

voyage century has some afk options
including a
" job" wich you can earn money while afking

i quit like a LONG time ago...went back on my characters now and they all had full stamina

They changed that in an update... I think it was Epic 4.

Lord of the rings as some one said, as well as Dark age of Camelot does. I believe DAOC is like 1 free level every 4 days or something like that.

No one mentioned my favorite... EverQuest 2! It was a really good game in the begging. I played up to DoF, and didn't try anythign after that. There is what's called 'vitality' in EQ2, and it works as Bonus XP, for when you combat. Also tradeskill Vitality.

They said that they don't have much time to invest in games. It's perfectly acceptable to want to play a game but not be hardcore about it.

I don't see how having a life is lame.
