You have to wait for 3-5 working days until answer - but, at end of holidays, waiting peroid moved from 3-5 days to 5-10 days (Ive been waiting for 11 days) !
And...if you have writed a question like " ehlp me !1 my ac go hacker!" then ...forget about it (this means, go learn english !).
