Looking for a FPS - Free MMO & MMOFPS

Hello Onrpg,
There is a FPS in which you are able to select skills for your soldier, I can't seem to recall the game. I don't believe that the game has been released yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone has a page with upcoming FPS games I'd like to get that link please

So it is CoD4? wtf ~_~ after looking through many videos I didn't see anything regarding the perks, but yea thanks a bunch m8 that was it.
