Meh with younger and younger players we get a few that like to run their mouth so much they decided the best way to do it without people trying to get away from them is just to insult them, because most poeple would not ignore that. Maplestory is full of people that just don't get to see that if you make fun of someone on the internet it won't help you get into college or get a job or anything relitivly important. They just do it to feel good for 10 seconds then do it again.
Insults are like crack the more someone does it the more they get addicted(not sure but it sure seems like it.)

in our class some people call each other with the "n" word, but they are white ^^ like you kick one of them while they are in a hurry, hes like "you damn ni**er! im gonna kick your *** later!" with a smiling ^^
we also got a black boy in our class, nobody calls him with the N-word

It's been proven, by my friend Shiro(or rather Runahs), that younger kids are more assholes/retards than older ones. He talks SO LOUD on XBL. I'm not saying he's not cool, but damn...
