how do build up full dagger rogue, 3 str or 2str 1int for eacht time i lvl.

Not really, daggers do in 2 hits what crossbows do at 1 (at early lvls) with no charge up. If its crits you're worried about (as in being able to do 1 big crit rather than the smaller crits you'd get from a combo skill), the lvl 40 dagger skill has the highest damage output a rogue has to offer. It does 1 hit, at 375% damage while the highest crossbow skill does 320%. Not to mention the dagger passive you get that increases damage with a dagger when your in stealth. There is no equivalent passive or buff for the crossbow.
