Note: The only "Vista Only" games have been produced on demand på microsoft, the only reason for making them "Vista Only" is to make people buy Vista. Microsoft and the developers themselves say "We cannot make it work on XP" but hell, even third parties can do that!
I really don't think it will be Vista only as they would lose many customers that way.
