I lost my copy a long time ago, and I just recently started playing through it again. I'm not that far yet...but I have a question. Is the game always harder on the second playthrough? The first time I played, I remember pwning everything in that first temple place, but the second time around, that guy with the ball and chain nearly killed me...

Also, discuss the game. =D I like it, one of the best RPGs of all time in my opinion. ^_^

if its like ToP at all then its not actually harder,but you think it is because you didn't play it for a while.

Hmm any game I quit playing for a while I always pwn when I play again... Alot of times you just have to take a break and it's easier... Or for me anyways...

Maybe you put it on a harder difficulty setting? Like Hard or Mania? I've heard Kratos is near impossible to beat on Mania when you fight him in that forest where you forge the pact with Origin.

On the 2nd playthrough you should go mania xD



Ow some nice secrets well the ones i found out myself >.>


Secret 1: In the final dungeon on the top you should find a chest behind a wall It's Lloyds SECOND strongest weapon ninja sword (well alot of people can find this out without problem xD so not so big secret)

Secret 2: If you defeat the arena with Raine you will get a weapon even more powerfull then the Last fencer weapon.

Secret 3: To get Kratos back. When your in Flanoir and your staying at the Docters place and the People outa your party wanna talk to you keep saying no till a mysterie voice says something Go outside to get a Cutscene of Kratos and Lloyd. You'll fight Zelos in the Tower of Salvation when you go there next time. He will join after you did it that.. (even tho i suggest finishing the Coluseum with Zelos first to get Last fencer)


Secret 4: When you did the devil arms quest and defeated Nebilimthe powers will get stronger with evry kill^^


Now the way to get Excalibur

Get the gold armor and Blue shield outa the last dungeon then go to Sylvarant and go to the mountain (well can't say name didn't play for over a year>.> ) The odl guy will say somethign and give Excalibur.


And it's impossible to get evry title >.> i played the game 10 times through and Got evrythign completed except the Title list >.<

Those aren't secrets at all, except maybe #2 and #4. Kratos pwns Zelos big time. :P

Who cares xD It takes ages to find out about those things >.> even tho Lloyd's Nebilim weapon does a Pawning 3k damage each hit after 400kills Judgement indignation is a spell to gain after using Indignation and Explosion 255 times.... Lloyd's Falcon chrest neede be overlimit and critical HP then push X, A, B at same time to activate it >.> if your max lvl you will get 200k+ damage

You also have to have the Material Blades equipped to perform Falcon Crest. And Colette's strongest Tech, Holy Judgement, is obtained by using Judgement and Angel song 100 times each, I think.
