Game.exe- unable to locate component help please!

Game.exe - unable to locate component

this application has failed to start beacuse d3d9.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

What do i do ive reinstalled multiple times and every time this comes up.
Help?

I think d3d9.dll is not game file. I founded it in c:/Windows/system32/ and it says it is part of Microsoft Direct3D file. I think it's the part of DirectX. Try to reinstall DirectX (or install new one) first. Hope it helped you.

Yes i got it to work!

but now when i play my comp restarts any explanation?
